According to a report from HITC, Liverpool are among the top-tier clubs eyeing a potential transfer move for Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville.

Summerville is currently experiencing a remarkable season with Leeds United, showcasing his talent with impressive stats. In the 2023/24 season, he has scored 17 goals and provided eight assists in 37 appearances in the Championship.
Liverpool have shown keen interest in a player often dubbed as the ‘next Xabi Alonso’ owing to his remarkable playmaking skills.
The player in question is Assan Ouedraogo. However, Liverpool are not the only club eyeing him; Manchester United, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich are also reportedly in contention.
In an interview with GOAL, journalist James Westwood stated: “Elite midfielders always want the ball and often drop deep to get it, and [Assan] Ouedraogo is no different, which is why he has also drawn comparisons with former Liverpool and Real Madrid playmaker Xabi Alonso.
“Schalke have Ouedraogo tied to a contract through to 2027, but they could have a real fight on their hands to keep hold of their prized asset beyond the summer.
“A move to the Premier League is likely to be a viable option for the teenage playmaker, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea all reportedly eyeing a swoop for his services, while he’s also attracting interest from Bayern Munich.”
