Virgil van Dijk has praised Jarell Quansah, stating that the young centre-half is better than he was was at his tender age.

“Mentally, he’s in the right frame of mind and that’s a good start. I’ll be there for him, whenever he needs. He’ll be just fine.”

This season, the Englishman has made 14 senior appearances in various competitions, totaling slightly more than 1,000 minutes on the field.
