Fabrizio Romano Makes Liverpool Transfer Claim as the Reds Set to Break Historical Wage Structure for English Youngster

Liverpool are on the verge of signing young forward Rio Ngumoha, who is expected to depart from Chelsea, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Premier League clubs invest significant time and money scouring the globe to recruit the best young talents. Signing these players early allows the clubs to secure them at relatively low fees compared to their potential future value.

Ngumoha appears poised to leave Chelsea, with Liverpool close to finalizing the deal.

Liverpool are reportedly closing in on signing Chelsea’s young talent, Ngumoha, who is expected to leave the Blues soon. The Reds seem willing to exceed their academy wage structure to secure Ngumoha’s move to Anfield.

In June, The Secret Scout revealed that Chelsea were struggling to persuade Ngumoha to remain at Stamford Bridge this summer.
